Our Business
Mr. Hutchinson started the business in 1923 and it was incorporated in 1963. The Berce family has been involved since 1928 when Frank Berce joined the company as a traveling salesmen selling Willard Batteries and he later became a part owner. Frank's son Bob (Cheryl's late husband) joined his Father in the business in 1964 and the Berce's bought out the business in the early 90's. It is now jointly owned and operated by the 2nd & 3rd generations of Cheryl Berce and her son Greg Berce. We moved the business from Motor City in October 2006 to our present location in the old Anters Auto Electric building and expanded our services to include everything that we did plus what Antlers was doing. Greg has been working in the shop since he was 8 years old. Cheryl's other son Ryan also works in the business as a mechanic.
